  14. Does anyone know how the USR Sportster Winmodem int 28.8 compares in 
  15. performance and features?  I know it is flash upgradable to 33.6 like
  16. the Courier, but I wonder why it is $200 less.  Does it use a cheap
  17. chipset (Rockwell) or does it use RPI error correction, or has USR just 
  18. decided to become competitve on price without sacrificing quality?
